Adjustments in the basic Manager's fee shall -
be computed on January 1, 1975, and on the
first day of January of each and every year
thereafter, each of which dates is hereinafter
referred to as a"computation date". Each
adjustnaent shall be in effect commencinq from
the computation date until the next computation -
date. Failure on the part of Manaqer to
exercise the right to an adjustment in the
basic Manager's fee shall not operate as a

waiver of the right to an adjustment as of k

any subsequent computation date. The amount ~
~ of adjustment shall be arrived at by multi-
plication of the basic Manager's fee by a
fraction, the numerator of which shall be
the index number for December immediately
preceding the computation date, and the

j denominator of which shall be the index
~
~ number for December, 1973.
5. Indemnification. Manager shall not be liable

Manager's own negligence or willful misconduct. The
Association will indemnify and save harmless Manager from
any liability for damages, costs and expenses for injury
to any person or property in, about or in connection with
the Condominium from any cause whatscever.
~ 6. Interference. The Association shall not inter-
~ fere nor permit, allow or cause any of its officers,
