directors or members to interfere with the Manaqer in the
performance of its duties or the exercise of any of its
powers hereunder.
7. Term. T'his agreement shall commence on the date
the Declaration of Condominium is recorded, and shall con-
tinue thereafter for a period of five (5) years. - Thereafter,
this agreement shall continue to renew itself for successive
two (2) year periods unless either party hereto sha21 qive
the other party written notice of termination not less than
six (6) months prior to the date of renewal. Termination
of the condominium or the Association shall not terminate
this agreement, but shall operate to make each apartment
owner a signatory to it in place and instead of the ~
Association, provided, how~ever, in no event shall an apart-
ment owner be liable for any greater portion of Manager's
direct expenses than a percentage thereof equaEl to the
percentage obligation of such owner for a proportionate ~
share of the common expenses of the condominium and such
owner shall be liable_ for Manager' s fee in the amourit of
~ the basic Manager's fee, as the same may be adjusted as
~
heretofore provided, for each apartinent owned by him.
~ 8. Severability. If any section, subsection, sentence,
~
clause, phrase or work of this agreement shall be for any
reason held or declared to be inoperative or void, such
holding will not affect the remaining portions of this
agreement and it shall be construed to have been the
intent of the parties that the remainder of this agree-
ment, after the ~xclusion of such parts, shall be deemed
~ to be held as valid as if such excluded parts had never
