FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGS
This cause came on for trial the 30th day of September,
1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED A1~ID ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. The marriage between ROBSRT JA1~:S BOLIN and DEA
~ RAE BOLIN be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties

~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. Custody of CI~.;RYL ANN BOLIN and LINDA SUE BOLIN, `

minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to DEA RAE
~ BOLIN with reasonable visitation rights reserved to ROBERT
~ JHMES BOLIN.

~ 3. Commencing the 4th day of October, 1974 ROBERT

~ JANg:S BOLIN shall pay to DEA RAE BOLIN the sum of $15 each
~ week for each child named above. .
