FINAL JUDGMBNT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAG~
This cause came on for trial_the 27th day of September,
1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the paYties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
't 1. The marriage between ROBERT DANIEL SMITH and

~ NANCY G. SMITIi be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of~REBECCA ANN SMITH, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to NANCY G. SMITH with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to ROBERT DADTIEL SMITH.
3. Commencing the 4th day of October, 1974 ROBERT

~ DAI~iIEL SMITH shall pay to NANCY G. SMITH the sum of $50 each

and every week for the support of the child named above.
