Each paymer~t shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to NANCY G. SMITH. In addition
. there is hereby assessed the swn of $1.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both o~ the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
order is in effect. ~
4. ROBERT DAI~TISL SMITB, 'by appropriate instrument,
shall convey to NANCY G. SMITH all his interest in the marital
home of the parties heret~o located at 117 Wisteria Avenue, Fort
Pierce, Florida together with all the furniture and furnishings
now located therein; that NANCY G. SMITH shall be responsible
for and make all the monthly payments on the martgage presently

encumbering said property. ~
5. NANCY G. SMITH, by appropriate instrument shall
convey to ROBERT DAIJIEL SMITH any interest she may have in the

~ bee business now operated by him in St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ 6. ROBERT DAL~TIEL SMITH, by appropriate instrument,
~ shall convey to NANCY G. SMITH all his interest in the 1969
Chevrolet Impala automobile now in her possession.
7. ROBERT DAIJIEL SMITH shall make NANCY G. SMITH the
irrevocable beneficiary of the $25,000 life insurance policy
issued by Florida Farm Bureau on his life. NANCY G. SMITS shall
remain the irrevocable beneficiary thereof until the minor child

Y~` hereinabove named becomes of age, marries, dies or becomes self-
supporting, which ever event first occurs. ROBERT DAI~TIEL SMITH
k shall pay all premiums on said policyas they become due and before
