The parties hereto havinq appeared in open court and the Wife
having withdrawn her prayer for change of name and restraining order
and upon agreement of the parties, it is .
ORD$RED AND ADJUDGED that:
l. The Motion for Child Support is granted and the Husband is
ordered to pay to the Wife commnencing on the 4th day of October, 1974,
the sum of $25.00 each and every week, for the support of the minor
child.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to WANDA HANNER. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $1.OQ as atatutory costs to be added to each payment made ,
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
~ cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of

this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
2. The Husband is ordered to pay Bryan & Roblegard the sum of
$125.00 for attorney's fees.
3. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined.and restrained from
interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
4. The Husband is granted reasonable visitation rights with the
minor child of the parties.
~ 5. The Husband is ordered to pay the hospital bill for the birth
~ of the minor child.
