O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on Plaintiff's motion to
strike Defendants' answer and any amendment thereto and to ~
render a default judgment against the defendants and to pay
the expenses reasonably incurred by the plaintiff, includinq a
reasonable attorney's fee, upon the grounds that the defendants
had failed to comply with an order of this Court dated September 6,
1974; and it now appearing that the defendants have in effect
complied with said order and the plaintiff having withdrawn
his request for expenses and attorney fees, it is therefore
ORDERED that said motion be and the same is hereby denied.
