COI~ NOW the Plaintiffs, by and through their undersigned attorneys,
and represent that all matters involved in this cause have been settled
by the Plaintiffs being allowed to pay their taxes within the time
prayed, and by the Defendants agreeing that upon the Plaintiffs furnish-
ing the necessary information to the Tax Collector for completion of
~ forms to be delivered to the Tax Assessor that the tax bills will then be
~ rendered separately to the Plaintiffs as their interests appear, and
