ASSIGNMENT
FRED STANTON SMITH and KEITH BARISH, as TRUSTEES
("ASSIGNORS") hereby assign, transfer and set over unto -
ELLIOTT B. BARNETT, TRUSTEE ("ASSIGNEE") all of the ASSIGNORS'
rights, title and interest in the following documents:
A Promissory Note dated September 4, 1973 in the
principal amount of One Million Five Hundred Nine Thousand
Nine Hundred Eight-four (~1,509,984.00) Dollars fro~ Ryerson ;
$ Haynes Realty, Inc, to Lawrence C. Porter, as Trustee, with
endorsements over to Keith Barish, as Trustee and Fred Stanton '

Smith, as Trustee (the "NOTE") ~
and
A Mortgage~Deed securing the NOTE dated Septe~ber 4, ~
1973 (the "MORTGAGE"), which is recorded in 0. R. Book 218, ~
. ~
page 661 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
~
which relates to certain real property described in Exhibit A ~
~
attached hereto making part hereof. ~
ASSIGNORS and ASSIGNEE acknowledge that the ASSIGNEE ~
! incurs no personal liability by reason of this Assignment, but ~
i
~ does succeed to all of the rights under the NOTE and MORTGAGE. ~
~
~ The ASSIGNEE acknowledges that the ASSIGNORS are under no
€ - ~
~ further personal liability with regard to the said Assignment. -
