premises situate in St. Lucie County, Florida: ;

Commencing at.the intersection of the West right-of- ~
way line of Ditch #3 of the North St. Lucie River
Drainage District and the Northeasterly right-of-
way line for Anqle Road; Thence run Northwesterly
along said right-of-way line 843.49 feet to a con-
crete monument for a point of beginning; Thence run
Northeasterly at a right angle to said right-of-way
~ line 300 feet to a concrete monument; Thence run
Northwesterly along a line parallel to the Northeast
right-of-way line for Angle Road 137.71 feet to an
iron pipe; Thence run Southwesterly at a right angle
to the last course 140 feet to an iron pipe'; Thence
run Southeasterly along a line parallel to the North-
easterly right-of-way line for Angle Road 62.5 feet
to a point; Thence run Southwesterlx at a right angle
to the last course 160 feet to a point on the North-
easterly right-of-way line for Angle Road; Thence
run Southeasterly along said right-of-way line 74.64
feet more or less to the point of beginning.
The term of said lease expires on September 30, 1975, and. said
lease provides that Lessor's interest shall not be subject to
liens for improvements made by Lessee upon the demised premises. ~
