Petition of the Receiver herein to sell various quanities
of fruit more specifically set forth in said Petition,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is:

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Receiver, Sherwood
~ J. Johnson, is hereby authorized to sell to A. Vachon
~ Groves, Inc., the follwing:
*2,500 - 3,000 boxes Navels at $3.00 per box**
~ *500 boxes Hamlins at $1.75 per box**
*1,000 boxes of red grapefruit at $2.75 per box**
*1,500 boxes of pink grapefruit at $2.75 per box**
