This cause coming on before the Court on the
Plaintiffs' Motion to Amend the previous Order of this
~ Court, dated August 27, 1974, appointing a Receiver in
this cause, and the Court being fully advised in the
j premises, it is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that paragraph 3 of

E the Order Appointing a Receiver, dated August 27, 1974,
is amended to read as follows: _
3. Said receiver shall seek, demand, collect
and if necessary, sue for all income or accounts
payable to the Defendant, Iva W. Kay, Jr., for
fruit harvested from the subject.citrus groves
during the 1974-75 season subsequent to the
filing of the Notice of Lis Pendens in this
action.
