COMES NOW, The Wife, LINDA L. GORDON DAVIS, and would show
unto the Court that the Husband, ERNSST JOSSPH DAVIS, was duly
served with process in this case on the 16th day of Auqust, 1974
at 10:05 A.M., by a Deputy Sheriff of the office of St. Lucie County
Sheriff's Department; that the time for filinq of any answer or other
defensive pleadinq in the cause has naw expired, and that no answer
or other deferisive pleading in the cause has been served upon the
law f irm of Law Of f ices of Char les R. P~. Brown , P. O. Box 1418 , Fort
Pierce, Florida, Attorneys of Record for Wife herein, by the Husband,
ERNEST JOSEPH DAVIS, or any counsel or attorney in his behalf as of
the date of this Motion. -
WHEREFORE, Wife moves for entry of a default by the Clerk
~ aqainst the Husband, ERNEST JOSEPH DAVIS, for failure to serve any
~ answer or other defensive pleading, or to file the same in this cause,
as required by law.
