FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing this date before me
and it appearing to the Court that the minor child, CAROLYN JEAN
MARKHAM, and the adult person, PEGGY ANN MARRHAM, are the stepdaughters
of your petitioner, EARL CHARLES, JR., and the daughters of JO ANN

CHARLES; that the natural father, O. J. MARRHAM, of said dauqhters
and the natural mother, JO ANN CHARLES, have both consented to the
adoption of said daughters by said Petitioner; and it appearing to
the Court from testimony and records herein produced before the Court
that the Petitioner is a f it and proper person to adopt CAROLYN JEAN
MARKHAM, a minor, and PEGGY ANN MARKHAM, an adult person; that said
dauqhters are suitable for adoption by the Petitioner; that the
Petitioner has given careful supervision~to the health and welfare
of the daughters; that the best interest of the daughters will be
; produced by said adoption; that no objections have been interposed

to such adoption, and the Court beinq fully advised in the premises,
IT IS THEREUPON ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: .
~ 1. That CAROLYN 3EAI3 MARKHAM. a minor child, and PEGGY

~ ANN MARKHAM, an adult person, be, and they are hereby, declared to
~ be the daughters and legal heirs of EARL CHARLES, JR., entitled to

all rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations of a #

child born to such parent in lawful wedlock. ~

2. That the names of said daughters are hereby declared
to be CAROLYN JEAN CHARLES and PEGGY ANN CHARLES, and such daughters
~ shall be hereafter known by the names of CAROLYN JEAN CHARLES and ;
