TO: The Defendant named above and all others whom it may concern:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED~that a suit was instituted by the
above named Plaintiff against the Defendant named above on the
day of October, 1974, in the above entitled Court, in-
volving the property described below, situated, lying, and being
in Saint Lucie County, Florida: .
The Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section
30, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, EXCEPTING
THEREFROM the following described property, to-
wit: Begin at the Southeast corner of said South-
west 1/9 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 30,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, thence run along
'I the South line of said Southwest 1/4 of the South-
; wes.t 1/4, 333 feet to a point; thence run North to
i a stake on the North line of said Southwest 1/4 of
~ the Southwest 1/4, which stake is 331.2 feet West
of the Northeast corner of said Southwest 1/4 of
~ the Southwest 1/4; thence run East along the North
line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4,
331.2 feet to the Northeast corner of said South-
west 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4; thence run South
along the East line of said Southwest 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4, 1330 feet to the point of beginning;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, all easements for public roads
and drainage canals; said land being in Saint Lucie
County, Florida. '

of a mechanic's lien encumbering the above property and the
