ON WIFE' S PETITION FOR ENTRY
OF FINAL JUDGI~NT FOR AR~ARS
Wife, HAZSL COMER BLOUNT, moves the Court for entry of
final judgment for one-half (1/2) of total arrearage, which total
arrearaqe is $5,555.00, with the stipulated agreement that the Wife
shall cancel one-half (1/2) the arrearage in consideration of Hus~
band's executed Consent to the adoption of one (1) of the minor chil-
dren, to-wit: RHONDA FAY$ COMER. _
WHgREgpRL, the Wife requests entry of_final judgment in the
sum of $2,777.50 and ratification of Husband's present-Coneent for
adoption of It~iONUA YAYE COMER, minor; that Husband's Consent and Hus-
band's counsel's Consent is attached to this Motion.
