LANDERS nd GERTRUOE LANOE S his i wi fe , parties of the second part y ~ 3yio i ~ ~ WITNESSETH, that if the said party of the second part shal l fi rst make the payments and perfor~n the covenants here- ; inafter aientioned on their part to be ~ade and performed, ; the said parties ~of the first part hereby cove~ants and agrees ~ to-co~vey and assure to the said parties of the second part, in fee slmple, clear of all encumbrances whatever, by a good and sufficient warranty deed, the follorring described land, . situate and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, ,T to-wi t: Lots 3 and 4, Block 5 of PARADISE ~ PARK, as per plat thereof on fi le in Plat Book 8 at. page 17 of the public records of St. Lucie County, ~ florida. ~ and the said parties of the second part hereby covenant and ~ agree to pay the said parties of the first part the sum of TNENTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HlfNORED AND NO/100 (E23,500.00) i DOLLARS, less the down payment o~f ~3,500.00, for a net of ~ TMlENTY THOUSAND and NO/100 DOLLARS, together with interest from ~ date at th~ rate of lOX per annum, said principal and interest ~ being payable as folloNS, to-wit: ~ 5300.00 on Movember 1, 1974 and =300.00 on the lst day of each succeeding month thereafter for s 12 ~onths, afterwhich the payments shall be s250.00 each month together with interest of tOx ~ per an~um on the unpaid balance referred to above.
