FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 30th day of September,
1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court h~s jurisdiction
. of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of 2iusband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is ~retrievably
broken and shauld be dissolved. It is thereupon
! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ l. The marriage between RANDY LEE PENDLETON and
~ BARBARA PENDLETON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom,
2. Custody of CANDY LEE PENDLE~'ON, minor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to RANDY LEE PENDLETON with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to BARBARA PENDLETON.

~ 3. All and singular the Sheriffs of the Counties

~ of the State of Florida are hereby directed to forthwith take
~ LEE PENDLETON into custod wherever she

may be found and to forthwith deliver the minor child to the
