_ FINAL J[JDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE .
This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of October, 1974,
and the Court having given full conside"ration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: this court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should he dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between ROBERT AULGUR and GRACE
i
~ AULGUR be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. GRACE AULGUR be and she is hereby authorized to
assume her former name of GRACE YOUNGHAM and to use the same
in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
