This cause coming on to be heard this date, and the Court ~
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdictionof the parties and sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It -
is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RENNETH

~ C. COMBS, Husband, and TIiERESA C. COMBS, Wife, be and the same

€ is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby

freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
~ annoying the other.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
~
~ as may be proper.
