It appearing from the evidence before the Court that JA1~S A.
SPARRS has villfully failed and refused to pay the child support
as required by the Fiusl Judgment of th~s Court entered on the 28th day
of Noveaber 1972 , and is, as of this date., in arrears

$283.00 , it is ~
pRDHRSD AND ADJUDGSD that for such failure he stands in conteapt
of this Court but may purge himself of t6is contempt hy hereafter paying
the $283.00 errearage, plus 9 50 Court Casts in a lump sum. These
payments to be in addition ta the regular 35 00 per veek child support

~ and alimony payments provided for in the Pi~aal Judgment, making a total
