ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
AL~ID OTHBR RELIEF
This cause coming to be heard upon the Wife's Motion
for Contempt and Other Relief and the Husband's Motion For
Determination of Visitation and the Court having heard
testimony from each of the parties and argument of counsel
for the respective parties, and being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .
1. That the Husband, Jerry L. Roddenberry, shall

E have the right to have the minor children, TONY L. RODDENBERRY
~

and JEROME RODDENBERRY, visit and be with him, away from the
residence of the Wife, on the second and fourth weekends of
~ each month, commencing Friday, October 11, 1974, from five p.m.
~ on Friday until five p.m. on the following Sunciay. The Husband
shall be responsible for the transportation of the minor
~ children to and from the residence of the Wife.
2. During the time the Husband has the minor children

~ in his custody and control he shall abstain from drinking
~
~ alcoholic beverages. In the event the Husband fails to abstain
~
~ from consuming alcoholic beverages while the minor children are
~
~
~ in his temporary custody and control, then the Husband, upon ;

~ appropriate hearing, may have the right of visit,ation of the
~
~
