- situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida: .
Lot 2, of Block "A" of the revised
plat of Cobb's Park, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 54,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The total purchase price of the property shall be the sum
of Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred ($18,500.00) Dollars payable at
the times and in the manner following: ~

~ Five hundred and no/100 ($500.00) dollars paid on or

E before the signing of this contract, receipt of which is acknow-
~ ledged by Seller;
The balance of $18,000.00 to bear interest at the rate of
~ 8~% per annum and to be payable at the rate of $177.26 per m+onth
~ beginning November lst, 1974, and on the' lst day of each and
every calendar month thereafter until the sum is paid in full.
Each~of -the payments shall be credited first to interest and the
balance to principal, and after three (3) years prepayment
shall be permitted at any time and from time to time without
~
~ penalty.
~ It is understood and agreed between the parties that when
~
the principal sum has been paid in full, the Seller shall deliver
SAAITH AND ~REN!!AN to the Purchasers a Warranty Deed.
