DISSOLUTION OF 1HARRIAGE
This cause coming on to be heard this date, and the Court
having qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines;' This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife no~? egists between the parties; and that the marriage be-
tween the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.

1. DISSOLDTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GERARD J.
SCffiKITT, husband, and PATRICIA D. SCHMITT, wife. be and the same

~ is hereby.dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby

~ f=eed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from ~he obligations arising therefrom.
_ 2. CiJSTODY. Custody of SCOTT E. SCHMITT, JAMES R. SCAMITT,
MICHAEI. A. SCHMITT, GERI L. SCffiKITT, and PATRICR B. SCHMITT, the
five minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
PATRICIA D. SCHMITT with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
GBRARD J. SCHMITT.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 3~ day of October, 1974,
~ GERARD J. SCHMITT shall pay to PATRICIA D. SCHMITT the sum of
~ ~ THREg gUNpRED ppLLARS ($300.00) per month child support_for the
minor children of the parties by allotment through the United
~ States Navy.
