FINAL JUDGMENT
DI5SOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of October, 1974
and the Court Having qiven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Gourt has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and

Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between ~
the parties is irretrievably.broken and should be dissolved. It ~
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The Marriaqe between ERNEST
JOSEPH DAVIS AND LINDA L. GORDON DAVIS be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existinq between them and from
~ the obligations arising therefrom.

' 2. PROPERTY. The Stipulation admitted into evidence is hereby

I incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply
with the provisions thereof.
3. RESTORATION OF NAME. LINDA L. GORDON DAVIS be and she ~
is hereby authorized to assume her former name of LINDA L. GORDON
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriaqe had not
intervened.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be j
