DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of October, 1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi- dence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties-and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ l. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of i ~ this Court against JERROLD H. VAN HOUTAN be and the same is ~ ~ ~ ~ hereby approved, ratified and confirmed. a ~ ~ 2. The marriage between JERROLD H. VAN HOUTAN and ~ FRANCES E.
