BEANIS, Husband, : ~ # and ~ ~ ~ ELLA JUNE BEAMS, Wife. : ~ ~ FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOI,UTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on-for trial the 2nd day of October, 1974, and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is, the reugor~ , ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ELMLR - C. BEAMS and ELLA JUNE BEAMS be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, I! and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the ; ~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ob- i ~ ~ ~ ~ ligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of PA~JL RAY BEAMS, aged 16, and BOBBY GENE BEAMS, aged 15, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to ELLA JUNE BEAMS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to EIMER C. BEAMS. ~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 4th day of October, 1974, ELMER C. BEAMS shall pay to ELLA JUNE BEAMS the sum of THIRTY DOLLARS ~ ($30.00) each and every week for the support of the children named ~ ~ above. ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and ~ ~o by him remitted promptly to ELLA JUNE BEAMS. In addition there is ~V ~ ~ hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to ~ each payment made to the Clerk.
