4. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement Agree-
ment filed herein is hereby incorporated herein by reference, and the ~

parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~

5. RESTRAINING ORDER. $ach of the parties is hereby en- ~

joined and restrained from interferinq with, harassing or annoying,
the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $350.00
to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein, and
ELMER C. BEAMS is ordered to pay said attorney sum, together with costs
herein assessed at $27.85.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the ~
parties hereto,is retained for the entry of such further orders as may `
