TEMPORARY ORDER
This cause was heard after notice upon the
Petitioner's demand for temporary relief while this cause
is pending. The Court having heard t~he evidence presented
and the arquments of the attorney for the parties, and
- being fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that custody of the minor
children of the parties, to-wit, SUSAN LYNN and MARCIA
k GAIL, is awarded to the Petitioner, DIANN ROYER; that the
f Respondent, CLIFFORD G. ROYER, is order to forthwith pay
! to Petitioner the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($150.00) each and every week, for the support of the
children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this e
Court and by him remitted promptly to DIANN ROYER. In '
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of One Dollar '

($1.00) statuatory cost to be added to each paym
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered
~ to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing

~ and residence addresses at all times while this Order is
