During the time this Order is in effect, the
Respondent, CLIFFORD G. ROYER, shall be allowed to visit
the home of the Petitioner, DIANN ROYER, on weekday
. evenings between the hours of 6:OQ and 8:00 P.M., at least
three nights per week, providing he first notify the
Petitioner of his intention to exercise such visitation
rights by calling her no later than 4:00 P.M. on the date
of such visitation; it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that each of the
parties is enjoined and restrained from coming about,
molesting, harming or annoying the other party, and the
Respondent, CLIFFORD G. ROYER, is hereby ordered and '

directed to remove himself and his personal effects from
the marital home occupied by the Petitioner and the ~
daughters of the parties located at 3720 St. Marks Road,
Fort Pierce, Florida; it is .
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent,
` CLIFFORD G. ROYER, is ordered to make available to the

~ Petitioner for her exclusive use an automobile comparable

to the 1970 Pontiac Grand Prix that she had at the tiuae
