, ARTHUR P. BYAL, first being duly sworn, deposes and says, by
this affidavit, that he knows that in reference to that~certain
deed recorded in Deed Book.246, at page 603, signed by Andrew A. and
Jean Dubois, that at the date of said deed, and~on the date of the
filing thereof, that Andrew A. Dubois and Jean Dubois were husband
and wife, and in connection with that certain deed recorded in Deed
Book 217, at page 269 of the St. Lucie County Public Records, that
Reginald B. Johnson was at the date of said deed, and the filing
~ thereof, married to Lilliar~ S. Johnson, and that Lillian S. Johnson

signed said deed, and that Reginald B. Johns~n and Lillian S. Johnson
were husband and wife. This affidavit is made for the purpose of
clarifying the title to the following-described real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 6, of Block 1, of FORT PIERCE SHORES, UNIT 1,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, at
Page 9, of the St. Lucie County Public Records.
