FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause coming on to be heard this date, and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
~ subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage be-
tween the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon,
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
~ 1. DISSOLUTION ~F MARRIAGE. The marriage of LAURENCE R.
CONRAD, Husband, and DEBORAH A. CONRAD, Wife, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of CHRISTINA I,YNN CONRAD, the minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to DEBORAH A. CONRAD
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to LAURENCE R. CONRAD.
3. SUPPORT.. Commencing the L~~^ day of October, 1974,
LAURENCE R. CONRAD shall pay to DEBORAH A. CONRAD the sum of
~ $15.00 each and every week for the support of the minor child
~
~ named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to DEBORAH A. CONRAD. In addition;
there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to
