CONSENT ORDER -
~'his cause comi.ng on to be heard upon the motion for
order .of contempt, after notice of hearing thereon, and the parties
having agreed and consented, by and through their respective counsel
of record, as follows: ,
1. That the Husband is presently in arrears in the pay-
ment of electric and telephone bills for the Wife in the amount of
two hundred twenty-five and 84/100 dollars ($225.84) under Order of
~ this Court, dated on the 25th day of July, 1974;
~ 2. That the Husband shall forthwith pay to the Wife said •
sum of two hundred twenty-five and 84/100 dollars ($225.84), receipt
of which is hereby acknawledged; ~
3. That, through error on the part of counsel for the
respective parties herein, paragraph 3 was included in the Consent
Order entered herein on July 25, 1974;
4. That, upon payment of said sum of two hundred twenty-
five and 84/100 dollars ($225.84) the Husband be held not to be in
~ contempt of Court herein;
~ and, thereupon, upon consideration, it is,
