LONG and LASSIE McELROY LONG for many years prior to their ~
deaths. Both of them were residents of Walton County, Georgia.
The said JEFFERSON DAVIS LONG was also known as JEFF D. LONG.
2. I know that the said JEFFERSON DAVIS LONG and LASSIE
McELROY LONG were husbafld and wife contiRuously for many years
pribr to January 26, 1967, the date on which they acquired title
to real estate in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
Lot 19, Block 980, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION,
Section 17, a Subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 6A thru
6D, of the Public Records of Charlotte County,
Florida. *
until the death of JERFERSON DAVIS LONG on August 7, 1969.
3. I have no interest, financial or otherwise, in the
