receiver, which receiver shall have all of the-broad and effective powers
and functions in any wise entrusted by the court to a receiver to take ~
charge of, manage, preserve, maintain, care for, and protect the premises ;
and property and chattels subject to such action and to collect rents, ~
issues, proceeds, produce, profit, income and revenues of the premises, _ a
property or chattels from whatsoever source derived; the receiver or
trustee shall have the authority to make all necessary or needful repairs
and to cultivate, operate, dust, prune, fertilize, lime, drain, irrigate,
and protect from damage by fire, the fields, pastures, orchard, citrus
, groves and all other agricultural developiaent located on premises in
question and to market the products thereof and receive and collect the €
proceeds thereof and such receivorship shall at the option of the lender, i
continue until the full payment of all sums secured to the lender or }
until the premises, property and chattels shall have passed pursuant to ~
a sale under proper foreclosure proceedings or pursuant to the uniform ~
commercial code of the State of Florida. . ~
