adopted.
WHERF,AS, the Depgrtment of Trsnsportation has 10 94'503-260Z ~8es to con-
strexct and improve Stste Road J~ston
R~at~ Section 946Z0-?604 , in
St . Lucie County, Florida; and
WH~tEAS, in order for the Depar'tment of TransPortation to fl~rther and
complete sa3d pro~ect, it is necessary that certain lands nov o~ned by
ST. LUCIB County be acquired by the State of Florida for the use and
benefit of the Department of TransPortation of Florida~ and
NHg•EtEAS, the Departt~ent of ~ansportation having requested said County to
execute and deliver to the Department of Transportation a d+eed or deeds in favor
of the State of Florida, conveying ail ri~ts, title and ~nterest that said

County has in and to said lands required for ~ri~t of Way for said State Road,
and said request having been' dulY considered.
I~I, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID by the Board of County Commissioners of
I said County that the Chairman and Clerk of said Board be and they are hereby
