ORDER OF MODIFICATION -
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on October 3, 1974, upon
the Petition for Modification, and the Court having heard testimony of the
parties and their witnesses, and the respondent, RALTZ WILBUR HANCOCK,
having admitted his paternity of Leslie Michael Hancock, and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court finds that RALTZ
WILBUR HANCOCK is the natural father of Leslie Michael Hancock, that
he is able to contribute to the support of said chi.ld, and that the Court
has jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter hereof; it is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. Custody . That the petitioner, DIXIE LEE HANCOCK, ~
shall have the care and custody of the minor child, Leslie Michael Hancock,
granting to the respondent, RALTZ WILBUR HANCOCK, reaso~able visita-
tion rights.
2. Suppor~ That the respondent, RALTZ WILBUR HANCOCK,
shall pay to the petitioner, DIXIE LEE HANCOCK, the sum of $10.00 each
~ week for the support and maintenance of the minor child, Leslie Michael
~
~ Haneock.
~
~ This payment shall be cumulative to payments previously
~
ordered by this Court for the support and maintenance of the other minor
children of the parties,
