FINAL JUDGMENT
~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of October, 1974
and the Court having given full consideration to aIl the evi-
dence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AI~ID ADJUDGED as follows:
I 1. The marriage between ARTHUR F. WOOD and JUAIJITA
~ WOOD be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. ARTHUR F. WOOD shall pay to JUAIIITA WOOD instanter _
the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). In addition,
ARTHUR F. WOOD shall pay to JUANITA WOOD the sum of Twelve
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,250.00) quarterly for a period of
~ three years, the first payment being due December 1, 1974 and
~
~ the last payment being due September 1, 1977.

~ 3. The Court determines the sum of $1,000 to be
~
~ reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and
