FII~1L JUDGMgNT DISSOI~UTION OF MARRIAG~ This cause came on for trial the 7th day of October, 1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the pa=ties and subject matter of this suit~ that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ ORDERBD as follows: l. The Default entered by the Clerk of this Court against ; the Husband herein on September 20, 1974 is hereby ratified and ~ E ~ confirmed. ~ ~ 2. The marriage between R4BSRT E. MILLER and LYNN MILI,ER ~ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 3. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained ~ from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other. ~ 4. The Court determines the swn of $ to be ~ ~r ~ reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein and ~ ~ RUBERT E.
