Payee). at its principal office at 111 Orange Ave.. Fort Pierce. Fla. or at such other place as the Payee may desiSnate
to the Maker in writing irom time to time, in legal tender oi the United States. the Principal Amount together with
interest at the Intereat Rate on the unpaid balance of the Primipal Amount

due to reimburee the Payee for e:penaea of eervicin8 delin9uent Inatatment Payments. Failure to e:ercise these options
ahall not conatitute a waiver of the right to ezerciae the eame in the event of any aubeequent default
It is further agreed that the Maker and each endotser, surety. Buerantor. jointly and severally. sha11 PnY all costa of
rnllection of this Note, including a reasonable attorney a fee, on failure to pay any Inatelment Payment or any acerued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all suma due hereunder nhall bear iuterest at the higheat
Iawful rate of intereat per annum in the 3tate of Florida from the date when the principal and accrued interest under
this Note shall be due and payable. The total intetest payable hereunder ahall not in any one year e:ceed the higheat
lawful rate of intereat in tLe State of Florida.
This Note is aecured by a Mortgage, dated t1~e date hereof, of property situated in tbe 3tate of Florida.

Thia Note may not be changed orally. but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party against whom en-
forcement of any waiver, change. modi~cation or discharBe is aouBht-
All parties to this Note, whether Maker; principal, surety. guarantor or endorser. hereby waive pre~entment Eor
payment, demand, pmtest, notice oE pmtest, and notice of diahonor, and e~resely agree jointly and aeverally to temain
