Indian River Drive Road for a distance of 130.5 feet to
a concrete monument to a point of beginning. From the
point of beginninq, run South 75 degrees and 19 minutes
West 175.0 feet to a point; thence run North 86 degrees
and 59 minutes~West for a distance of 795 feet more or
less to the East right-of-way line of Florida East Coast
I Railway; thence run North 28 degrees and 14 minutes West
along the East line of ~'lorida East Coast Railway 92 feet to
a point; run thence due East for a distance of 966.75 feet
