having filed a Motion herein, by its attorneys of record,~showing
execution against Robert and Mary Lou Macy as unsatisfied in compliance ~
with Florida Statute 56.29, and it appearing therefrom that the

or unknawn, all of which should be made available ta satisfy the
judgment execution of the Plaintiff; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Court Reporters, Inc., Suite 203,
Bittan Building, 201 S. 2nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, or any other
qualified Court Reporter in its office who by Florida law is authorized
~ to take acknowledgements, be and it is hereby appointed as a special
~
~ examiner of this Court, to hear and transcribe the testimony of the
Defendants, concerning property held by Defendants.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants appear
before said special examiner at Suit 203, Bittan Building, 201 S.
- Znd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, on Tuesday, October 15, 1974,
at 2:30 p.m., to be fully examined at that time concerning any
property in their names, or their care, custody or control, which
may be rightfully subjected to the Plaintiff's execution herein,
