1. That an asset of the estate consists of the follow-
ing described property situate in Saint Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit:

to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11,
Page 5 of the Public Records o~ St. Lucie County,
Florida; commonly known as 2920 Winter Garden Park,
Fort PierCe, Florida.
2. T'hat the time for filing claims has expired and that

~ estate and of those interesteci therein that said property be sold.
~ 3. 7'hat your Petitioner has received an appraisal for

the subject property submitted by a real estate broker in Fort
Pierce, Florida valuing the property at $8,000.00. Your Petitioner
has also received a contract to purchase the subject property fcx.
$9,100.00. Copies of this appraisal and contract to purchase are
attached to this petition. The offer made by Wayne E. Allen in
the amount of $10,500.00 is deemed to be favorable to this estate,
