This cause coming on to be heard on October 4, 1974 at 9:00 A.M. `
on Rule to Show Cause being issued September 11, 1974, and the Court having
heard testimony of the respective parties and argwnent of the Counsel for
Wife, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ordered, ~ .
l. That the Court finds and determines that the Husband, RICHARD
ALDON MACK, is in arrears for ehild support~in the suon of $475.00 and is
therefore adjudged in contempt of Court. That the Husband, RICHARD ALDON
MACK_may purge himself by paying the sum of $50.00 per week.
2. That the Husband, RICHARD ALDON MACK is hereby ordered to
pay the sum of $50.00 per week comr~encing October 1974 into the
Registry of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the support
~ of his minor children. The additional $25.00 per week to apply to the
~
~ arrearage for the term of 19 consecutive weeks.

3. That the Husband, RICHARD ALDON MACK be furnished with
a copy of this Order.
