Joseph E. Haskins• President, be and he is hereby authorized
to buy, sell, mortgage or otherwise er,cumber any property, movable or
immovable owaed by the oorporation, including grantinq of chattel mort9a9~+
to borrow any sume of money for and on b~alf of the corporaticn, to execute
and endorse on behalf of the vorporation any note or Aotes payable at such
times, banks, interest and vontaining such terms, oonditi+ons ana provisions ~
as in his absolute discretion he may deeaa necessaxy, adviseable and

or leases of any property within his discretion, including but not limited
to release of certain inmovable property awned by Jack Shaab, Inc. heretofore
- operated as Fifth Avenue Shoppe and being a portion of Lot 8, Sq. 3

Mall,and said officer is further authorized to incorporate into any such
lease or leases any terms, clauses or conditions which he may see fit for
