THIS ADDENDUM AGRTEMBNT, made thie day o~ September,

A.D., 1974 between CLAUDE H. COMBS and LOUISE L. COMSS, his wife,
hereinafter called "FIRST PARTIES" and JOgN J. ANDERSON and JEAN M.
ANDERSOt~T, his wife, hezeinafter called "SDCOND PARTIBS",
W I T N E S S.E T Ii :
That_for and in consideration of the covenants contained
in that certain Articles of Aqreement dated February 20, 1973 by and
between the parties hereto, concerning the sale of the real property
described in said Aqreement, and in further consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations the parties
hereto agree to a modification of the terms of payment contained in
said Articles of Agreement dated February 20, 1973 as hereinafter .
set forth in this Addendum, and aqree as follows:
1. First Parties and Second Parties hereby covenant and ~
aqree that the method of payment set forth in those certain Articles
of Agreement between the parties hereto dated February 20, 1973 shall
be changed and modified to read as follows:
"$210.00 per nanth beqinning the first day of September,
i 1974, and $210.00 on the first day of each month there-
s after until the whole be fully paid; ;

Each installment shall first be applied on the payment i
of interest, taxes and insurance and then on the unpaid
balance of the principal swa. The monthly installments
will remain at 5210.00 per month unleas taxeg or
insurance cause-the payments to fluctuate upward or
downward frouG'their present level, and both parties~hereto
agree that if such fluctuation occurs, the monthly
payments will be adjusted accordingly. Further-mo=e,
, if payments are not received by the '7th of the month
when due, a penalty charge of $8.00 will be made. In
- addition, if payments are not received by the 15th of
the month when due, interest at the highest leqal rate
~ , shall be computed from the date of the laet payment
made by Second Parties throuqh the date the arrearage is
r- ectif ied .
~ The nwnthly payment of $210.00 is computed upon ~e ~
