quietiy to enter upon, hold. occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances txcept as
may be herein desccibed; that the Mortgagor will make such further assurances to perfect the fee sir~?le title to
said land in the Mort`agee as may reasonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warrants the title
to said land and wiU defend the same against tbe iawful claims o( alt persons whomsoever.
