This cause camean to be heard on the Motion to Show Cause
filed by the wife's attorney, Rupert Jasen Smith, to show cause
why the Husband, JOE F. GRIFFIS, should not be held in contempt
of court for his failure to comply with the Order on Temporary
Relief dated June 20, 1974, the Order ~ this court dated
September 11, 1974 and the Final Judgment Dissolutfon of Marriage
entered September 19, 1974, sgecifically.restraining the husband,
JOE F. GRIFFIS, from annoying, molesting, threatening~or interferi g
with the wife, DORIS GRIFFIS, in any manner. It is tl~refore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband, JOE F. GRIFFIS, b
and he is hereby ordered to show cause before this court at 9:00
A.M., October 7, 1974 before the Honorable James E. Alderman,
' Circuit Judge, in Chambers, St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort

~ Pierce, Florida, why he-should not be held in contempt of
~ court for his failure to comply with the Order on Temporary Relief
dated June 20, 1974, the Order of this court dated September
11, 1974 and the Final Judgment Dissolution of.Marriage entered
September 19, 1974, specifically restraining the husband,
JOE F. GRIFFIS, from annoying, molesting, threatening or
interfering with the wife, DORIS GRIFFIS, in any manner.
