FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION _ _
This cause came oa to be heard upon the verified .
Petition for Adoption filed in this cause and the consent
of JOHN M. EDGAR, natural father of ALEXIS CRYSTAL EDGAR,
and the consent of KATHRYN S. SUMMERLIN, natural mother
of the child sought to be adopted having been filed, and
it appearing to the.Court that the Petitioner is a fit and
proper person to adopt the minor child and that the best
interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption
and that the child is suitable for adoption by Petitioner,
THOMAS A. SUMMERLIN, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is -
; ORDERED. AND ADJUDGED that the minor child, known as,

ALEXIS CRYSTAL EDGAR, is declared to be the legal child
of Petitioner, THOMAS A. SUHIIKERLIN, and is given the name
of ALEXIS ~RYSTAL SUMMERLIN, by which name she shall
hereafter be known, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said child shall ~
be the child and legal heir o~ the Petitioner, THOMAS A.
SUMMERLIN, entitled to all rights and privileges, and
subject to all obligations of a child born to Petitioner,
THOMAS A. SUMMERLIN, in lawful wedlock.
