This cause came on to be heard upon the verified
Petition for Adoption filed in this cause and the consent
of BILLY N. TUCKER, natural father of SCOTT NEWTON TUCKER,
and the consent of JUDITH ANN COULLIETTfi, natural mother
of the child sought to be adopted having been filed, and
it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit
and proper person to adopt the minor child and that the best
interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption
and that the child is suitable for adoption by Petitioner,
- JOHN DAVID COULLIETTE, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child, known as,

If SCOTT NEWTON TUCRER, is declared to be the legal child `

of Petitioner, JOHN DAVID COULLIETTE, and is given the
name of SCOTT MICHAEL COULLIETTE, by which name he will
~ hereafter be known, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said child shall
be the child and legal heir of the Petitioner, JOHId DAVID
COULLIETTE, entitled to all rights and privileges, and
subject to all obligations of a child born to Petitioner,
JOIiN DAVID COULLIETTE, in lawful wedlock.
